Real-Time Visibility for Ultra-Low Temperature Shipments

• ELOG-G200 is a reusable 4G IoT data logger equipped with an external PT100 probe for real-time monitoring of dry ice, cryogenic and ultra-low temperature shipments from -200°C to +70°C.

• The device combines temperature and ambient humidity data with location, light and tilt/vibration information, helping logistics and quality teams understand both the condition and movement of sensitive cargo throughout transportation.

• The external PT100 probe monitors ultra-low temperature environments while the main device remains accessible for communication, display and operation.

4G Real-Time Monitoring

• Temperature, humidity, location, route and alarm information are transmitted to the cloud platform, allowing authorized users to review shipment conditions remotely.

Real-Time Email and SMS Alerts

• When temperature exceeds a configured limit, the cloud platform can send email or SMS notifications to designated personnel, supporting faster investigation and corrective action.

Location and Arrival Alerts

• Track the current location and route of the shipment. The platform can notify selected recipients when the device reaches a preset location, helping teams prepare for receipt, transfer or inspection.

Configurable Flight Mode

• ELOG-G200 supports manual flight mode as well as configurable location-based flight mode. Data transmission is suspended while flight mode is active, while temperature data continues to be recorded locally for upload after flight mode is exited.

Light and Tilt/Vibration Detection

• Light and movement-related data provide additional context for shipment investigations, helping teams identify handling events, package opening or unusual cargo movement.

Local Storage and USB PDF Backup

• The device stores up to 24,000 data points locally. After recording stops, connect it to a computer USB port to generate a PDF report automatically, providing an independent record in addition to cloud data.

Bluetooth Printing

• Send monitoring data to a compatible Bluetooth printer for fast on-site printing when a physical record is required.
